With our innovative ‘self-serve’ Enomatic wine servers, the wine dispenses directly from the bottle using a revolutionary inert gas preservation system. Wine typically oxidizes within a day or so of uncorking the bottle. However, the Enomatic serving system preserves the flavors and characteristics of the wine just as if the bottle had just been opened.
